trouble has happened (Open/ Chibiusa

Hotaru Tomeo was getting ready for a normal day as she got ready to go to school she was used to normal days these days and nothing ever really happened these days. She pulled on her school uniform and looked in the mirror for a moment. She wished her uniform allowed her to wear dark clothing as she did normally but the school had rules and she would follow them. She thankfully was allowed to wear a black clip in her hair that had a black flower on it. She adjusted her uniform a little and got ready to head out, she wore no makeup today and she left her house now getting ready to met her best friend.  Horaru was always prepared for trouble if it happened to happen, but in a way she was always weary of using her Saturn powers as she still hadn’t got full control of them. She was learning slowly about them and how to control her might power better.

She left her house now and ran down the road as she wanted to catch her friend Chibiusa as they usually walked to their school together. She always kept an eye out for trouble as they walked together and she wanted to protect Chibiusa  from ham as she had been the one to make her open up and feel less dangerous.  Hotaru saw her friend and waved to her giving a rare bright smile, but then she noticed something off and she was peapeared to face it.

“Watch out."

Kata wasn't about to give up searching for Fortune Keys. Downtown Tokyo was filled with potentials. She would find someone, she was sure of it. She was going to be the best of their group. Well, she was already the best, in her opinion. She just wanted to be better was all. Those senshi just caught her off guard was all. They certainly weren't better than her, or stronger than her. They just weren't expecting such a push back. But she would get them. Mark her words, she would.

The blonde haired girl, smirked as she casually placed a tarot card into a mail box and casually walked off. Her target this time; a mail woman who also was an aspiring singer. Someone with such a different day and night lifestyle had to have the Fortune Key she was looking for.

Hotaru knew this was a dangerous situation and she could sense something wrong the moment it hit her. She was ready to to jump into action, but she hesitated for a moment, as she knew if she became Sailor Saturn she would have to use her powers and she always worried about using them. Still she had to protect her friend from harm and she would not let anyone hurt her. She grabbed her transformation pen,but looked around for people and was glad it was quiet around here.
She put her pen up and used the words to transform into Sailor Saturn

"Saturn Planet Power, Make Up."

She was now Sailor Saturn and she moved her long weapon around now and moved toward the danger.

"I am the sailor scout of death and rebirth and I shall punish you."

She wondered how she would react to her words, she looked at the other person now and waited to see how this played out.

Figaro had been passing by on his way to... well, he wasn't sure where he would go. However, his plans abruptly changed when he saw what he thought was Sailor Saturn. He quickly hid, and opened up his backpack. Inside, he pulled out one of his many implements he carried inside: a grappling hook. He fired it, and it carried him up to the roof of a nearby building. There, he put the grappling hook away and pulled out his prized posession: a blank board.

Figaro set the board up, and then pushed some of his energy into it. Black markings appeared, and assumed the shape of the general area. Sure enough, a dark purple plastic figure emerged. It had the symbol of Saturn on it, glowing a dull purple. Yep, he'd encountered the legendary Senshi of Death and Rebirth. Of course, he'd heard stories about the Sailor Scouts. What piqued his curiosity was a small, flat black card. Near the card was a black figure with another symbol glowing on it. After digging in his memory a bit, he realized it was the symbol for the Tarot card 'the Temperence'. Well, this was odd.

Exerting a bit more energy, and knowing he risked being caught, Figaro activated his henshin item. "Think ahead! Strategy on!" In an instant, he was The Strategian. He quickly summoned the Pawn, but kept it near him. "For now, we watch. When needed, we'll intervene." Figaro said. The Pawn said nothing, but his Pieces rarely talked. Instead, Figaro took the time to examine the other person. She was dressed in very expensive clothes, and Figaro suspected she rarely fought herself. Typical.

However, a mail lady rounded the corner. Figaro watched, ordering the Pawn to move to the ground for when it was needed. As the Piece moved down, Figaro's genius-level intellect was starting to work out his strategy. This... he had a feeling he'd find out why he existed with this encounter. For now, he'd stay hidden... unless those two could sense his energy, in which case it'd probably be fight-or-flight. He just hoped it didn't come to that. He sucked at running.
